One ocean

The developer that has brought the finest condos on south beach, including The Icon, the Apogee, Murano at Portofino, Murano Grande and more is about to unleash its latest, very exciting condo project called One Ocean.

One Ocean South Beach will be developed at 1st and Ocean Drive, neighboring Continuum and direct across from Niki Beach.
